    The front desk is just like a famous, first-class hotel. By practicing in a well-organized environment, you will acquire the ability to immediately work.

  • Bar counter training room

    Bar counter training room

    A reproduction of a hotel bar counter. Learn how to serve customers at a bar. You will also learn bartending skills, such as making cocktails with a shaker.

  • Food & Beverage Training Room

    Food & Beverage Training Room

    A space with realistic details down to the furniture and tableware. You will learn the knowledge necessary for table setting and how to handle silver while practicing authentic food and beverage service techniques.

  • Banquet training room

    Banquet training room

    The carefully selected banquet room is equipped with a partition. Practical training is available from the stage of setting up, such as changing the size of the venue. A wedding reception was even held here.
    *Banquet room refers to a party venue/reception venue.

  • Guest room

    Guest room

    You will learn guest room duties such as making beds and setting towels and other amenities.

  • Japanese-style room

    Japanese-style room

    You will learn the "Japanese customer service" required at a ryokan, such as Japanese etiquette. The name of the Japanese-style room, ``Jaru Tei,'' was invented by a current student.

    Classes to acquire corporate training and bell staff and housekeeping duties to which you will be assigned after joining the company. You will learn the skills to make your stay more comfortable, such as storing luggage in the lobby and guiding guests to their rooms.

    Restaurant Exercise

    A class in which you will acquire the skills necessary to work as a restaurant professional, such as the basic techniques needed in a restaurant and the techniques for serving a full course. We will use a practical test to check your posture and movements when serving food.

    Food and Beverage Expert Exercises

    You will learn a wide range of skills related to the food and beverage department, such as cocktail and sommelier skills as a bartender, and service skills as a banquet service staff.
