STEP.01

Advance preparation

What you need for online application
Please prepare in advance.

  This is required to register for My Page. Important notifications will also be sent to the registered email address.

My page registration

If this is your first time applying online within the current academic year, you will need to register for a My Page account.
STEP.03

Personal Information Registration

You will register your address, date of birth, and required documents.
STEP.04

My Page Password Settings

Set the password required to log in to your My Page.
STEP.05

Entrance Examination (at the time of AO application)

We will conduct an interview as part of the assignment.

Checking the results of your AO entry

The results of your AO entry application will be posted on your My Page in the list of registered exam dates.

FAQ

Q. What kind of passport photo should I prepare?: A.

Please prepare a passport-style photograph measuring 4cm (height) x 3cm (width). A file size of 5MB or less is recommended.
You can use photos taken with your smartphone, but please ensure they comply with the requirements for passport photos.
Please note that we cannot accept photos that have been excessively edited.

Q. Do you need a report?: A.

This is required when applying. It is not required when applying through the AO (Admissions Office) application process.

Q. What time is the interview scheduled?: A.

After each application deadline, we will make arrangements and send you a message via the "Notifications" section of your My Page about 5 days before your interview date.

Q. Where can I print my exam admission ticket?: A.

Please click on "Application Form" on your My Page and print it.
However, if you do not have access to a printer at home or elsewhere, bringing a screenshot is also acceptable.

STEP.01

- Preparing documents for mailing
  
  Issuance may take some time, so please prepare as much as possible before applying.
STEP.02

Go to the online application page
Log In

From the online application account creation page, enter your email address.
Please complete your online application account registration.
STEP.03

Application RegistrationApplications can only be submitted during the application period.

Follow the instructions on the new application page and enter the required information such as your faculty/department and type of entrance examination.
Please register your application.
STEP.04

Payment of examination fee

Within one week of application, you can pay by credit card or at convenience stores nationwide.
Please pay at a bank ATM.
STEP.05

Mailing of documents

Please check the required mailing documents for the application.
Please mail your application to the school via Letter Pack or registered mail from the post office counter. (Must arrive within the application period)

After completing registration, pay the examination fee.
Your application is complete once you mail in the required documents!

Document screening

AO application approval and verification of submitted documents.

Checking if you passed or failed

Please check your pass/fail result on your My Page on the day the results are announced.
