- My host family took me out for drives and hikes almost every weekend, and invited me to their relatives' home parties. I feel like I have a bond with them that feels like a real family. Another very memorable experience was when we went on a five-day trip to LA and went to Disneyland Resort in California together. I hardly ever cook in Japan, but I wanted to see my host family's happy faces, so I made oyakodon and tempura, and I still remember how happy I was when everyone in the family enjoyed them.

- I am currently working as an English teacher for preschoolers and elementary school students. The most rewarding moment is when the children are smiling and enjoying the lessons together. The children's condition is different every day, sometimes they are not motivated, sometimes they are very motivated, so I try to be an "entertainer" for the children and motivate them every day. Although I teach English for children, I also use textbooks equivalent to the Eiken Grade 2 and TOEIC® 700-750 level, but thanks to the English skills I developed while studying abroad, I am able to spend my days as a teacher with a fulfilling life.
