  • Eligibility

    ①Nationality Person with foreign nationality
    ② Academic background/education
    Persons who fall under any of the following A to E
    • A. Those who have completed 12 years of formal school education in a foreign country or are expected to complete it by March 2025, 3. Those who have completed or are expected to complete a course at a foreign school equivalent to a high school designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology with an educational system of less than 31 years by March 12, 2025.
    • B. Those who have completed a course of less than 12 years that does not fall under A must have completed or are expected to complete a preparatory course in Japan.
    • C. A person who holds a foreign university entrance qualification test or a person who has passed a high school graduation level certification test.
    • D. Those who have enrolled in a regular course for 6 months or more at a Japanese language school approved by our school and have completed it or are expected to complete it by March 2025, 3.
    • E. A person who is recognized by our school to have academic ability equivalent to or higher than A above.
    ③Japanese language proficiency requirements

    Persons who fall under any of the following A to B

    • A. Persons with Japanese language proficiency at level N3 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (international hotel department)
    • B. Persons with Japanese language proficiency at level N2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (Railway Department/Bridal Department/Total Beauty Department/Hotel Department/Airline Department Cabin Attendant Department/Airline Department Ground Staff Department/Theme Park Staff Department)
    ④Attendance rate

    Those who meet the following criteria

    If you are enrolled in a Japanese language school (including a Japanese language course at a university) or vocational school in Japan, your attendance rate at the time of application is 80% or higher.

    ⑤Laws and academic regulations Those who can comply with Japan's Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and other relevant laws and regulations as well as our school regulations.

    *Those who have graduated or are planning to graduate from a high school in Japan (including foreign schools designated as high school equivalent) cannot take the entrance examination for foreign students.

      If written in a language other than Japanese or English, please attach a Japanese or English translation. If a graduation certificate cannot be issued, submit a copy of the graduation certificate.
    Those who have the following qualifications

    Currently enrolled in or completed Japanese language school

    • ② Attendance rate certificate 1 copy
      You must submit information for all schools you have attended in Japan. If your attendance rate is below 80% for even one, your application will not be accepted.
    For those taking the test from outside Japan,
    For those on working holiday
    • ●If you are taking the exam from outside of Japan, or if you are changing your residence status from specified activities (working holiday) to "Student", please take the entrance examination up to the 5th time in order to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility. . In addition, full tuition fees for the first year must be paid in one lump sum.
    • ●If the Certificate of Eligibility is rejected or the Certificate of Eligibility is not issued by March 2025, 3, admission will be withdrawn and all tuition fees paid will be refunded.

    Foreign Student Hotel Course
    • ① Interview test (group) [40 minutes]
      • ・We will ask about your aptitude and enthusiasm for the hotel industry.
      • ・We will check to see if you have the Japanese language ability to keep up with the classes.
    • ② Japanese language proficiency confirmation test
      • ・We will conduct a simple test and essay to check how much Japanese you understand.
    • ③ Document examination

    • ① Interview test (group) [30 minutes]
      • ・We will ask about your aptitude for services in the tourism industry and your enthusiasm for studying.
      • ・We will determine whether you have the Japanese language ability to co-educate with Japanese students.
    • ② Japanese written test [50 minutes]
      • ・Questions will be centered around Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level questions.
