  • Eligibility

    ■ Persons who meet all of the following criteria ① to ⑥.

    ①Nationality Persons with foreign nationality.
    ② Academic background/education
    Applicants who meet any of the following criteria A to D
    • A. Those who have completed 12 years of formal school education in a foreign country or are expected to complete it by March 2027, 3. Those who have completed or are expected to complete a course at a foreign school equivalent to a high school designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology with an educational system of less than 31 years by March 12, 2027.
    • B. Those who have completed a course of study not falling under A in an educational system of less than 12 years and have completed or are scheduled to complete a preparatory course in Japan.
    • C. A person who holds a foreign university entrance qualification test or a person who has passed a high school graduation level certification test.
    • D. Those who are enrolled in a regular course of study for six months or more at a Japanese language school approved by our school and have completed the course or are expected to complete the course by March 12, 2027.
    ③Japanese language proficiency requirements

    A person who falls under any of the following A to C

    • A. Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (Hotel Department for International Students).
    • B. Candidates with Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1-2 (Bridal Department/Hotel Department/Airline Department/Theme Park Staff Department).
    • C. Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (Railway Department).
    ④Attendance rate

    Those who meet the following criteria

    If you are enrolled in a Japanese language school (including a Japanese language department at a university) or a vocational school in Japan, your attendance rate at the time of application must be 80% or more.

    ⑤Laws and academic regulations Applicants must be able to comply with the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act of Japan and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the school's regulations.
    ⑥ Tattoo
    (About tattoos)
    • If you have tattoos visible when wearing a T-shirt and shorts, you will not be allowed to enroll.
    • Even if tattoos are not visible, having tattoos may result in being denied internships or employment opportunities.

    *Those who have graduated or are planning to graduate from a high school in Japan (including foreign schools designated as high school equivalent) cannot take the entrance examination for foreign students.

    • ② Those who have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above or have passed the EJU Japanese language subject test (200 points or above).

    • ④ Students must apply exclusively to our school. *Students of the Hotel Department for International Students are not eligible.

    Selection fee of 20,000 yen will be waived.
    AO Scholarship: ¥50,000 reduction (N2) | ¥100,000 reduction (N1)

    Applications will be accepted starting September 1st (Tuesday). The examination venue will be Osaka (main campus). Details regarding the meeting time, examination time, etc., will be provided when you submit your application.

  • Entrance exam schedule/exam venue

    • ●Applicants applying from outside Japan, and those changing their residence status from Designated Activities (Working Holiday) to "Student," must take the entrance examination up to the 5th round in order to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility. In addition, the full amount of first-year tuition fees must be paid in a lump sum.

    Delivery regulations

      • ① Domestic study abroad (GOTEMBA ENGLISH CAMP) participation fee
